Synopsis
The woman waiting her turn at the butcher is a marketing specialist who has just been promoted to manager that day. She plans to cook a special meat dish for dinner to celebrate the news. While waiting, she hears that the Turkish government will import cattle due to rising meat prices. This triggers her to ponder the value of life as she calculates the ideal price for a kilo of lamb, confronting the reality of her own life’s worth. The entire film unfolds through the woman’s inner voice and the news she overhears while at the butcher.
